How to use it ?
Reservation Number
Easy and fast, just like an airline. You only need your reservation number and your last name to access the Guest App.
Check-in online
From 7 days before your arrival, you will be able to confirm your personal information and upload a photo of your ID or passport quickly and securely, to speed up your check-in.
Nothing to pay online
If you book a cab, order food or other additional services, you do not need to pay online. Everything will be added to your bill to pay at check-out.
