Our bungalows
At the foot of the mountains of the Cordillera Escalera natural reserve, our bungalows house spacious, comfortable rooms, each with terrace, hammock and garden view.
The lodge's architecture has been carefully designed to encourage guests' privacy, so that they can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature in a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.

Simple room
A comfortable room with a single bed and all the necessary comforts to make the most of your stay with total peace of mind.

Double room
The double room consists of 2 single beds for family or friends. It can also be shared with another guest if you wish.
Price : 170 S/. per night (45$)
Matrimonial room
For those travelling as a couple, we offer two double rooms that are more spacious than the others, with a queen size bed.

Family room
Children and young people are welcome. For this purpose, the family rooms have a queen-size bed and two single beds.

What makes our rooms unique?
Amazonian design
The choice of different species of Amazonian wood for the furniture and beds, combined with top quality mattresses and natural cotton sheets, allows you to enjoy restful nights in the intensity of the jungle.
A bright and fresh environment
The rooms have a large window with mosquito net and natural cross ventilation, as well as an independent fan. Each room also has a large closet with practical storage space for suitcases.
Modern bathrooms and shower
Bathrooms are simple and bright, with some touches of Amazonian wood. The shower has immediately accessible hot water (which is rare in Peru), and spa-quality towels are changed upon request. Soaps are natural and handmade.
Terrace with garden view
Each room has its own private terrace open to the garden, with a hammock where you can relax and watch the flowers and birds. The surrounding vegetation provides shade and coolness while preserving the privacy of each room by limiting the views.
Honestly, the hammock is the key to a successful stay!
Un tiempo de retiro
The Taki Tambo Lodge is the ideal place for a regenerating stay, in total accordance with the individual therapeutic processes offered by the nearby Takiwasi Center.
The disposition of the rooms allows guests to find the peace and solitude they need during pre- or post-diet periods, and to return to a comfortable bed after an ayahuasca session or a jungle excursion.
Tourism, art and culture
Various works of art and rare handicrafts from different indigenous communities of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest are displayed sparingly in different parts of the lodge.

Trekking and hiking
The road from the lodge leads directly to the entrance of the Cordillera Escalera nature reserve, located 2 km away on a trail surrounded by the jungle environment, ideal for jogging and walks.

No TV or radio
To ensure the tranquility of each guest, the use of television, radio or sound equipment is not allowed. We value your peace and quiet.
A stone's throw from Takiwasi
There is easy access to Takiwasi's facilities such as boutique, library, chapel, and to its services such as guided tours (Takitours), healing plant baths, or therapeutic services for people in the process of healing in the Centre (maloca, consulting rooms).
Near the city
